I may be soon handing the reigns of Flour LA, Inc. over to concentrate on my book and personal appearances. In January, I meant to do that, but being so involved, it's hard to break away. We still do daily order, events, weddings, and anything and everything with flowers. I will be shooting a short sizzle for my show The Flower Chef in Carlsbad next week featuring a Hawaiian florist, their culture, the flower mart, and all the great food available. I'm excited to learn about their culture and how to make a lei! I must admit, I've never made one by hand, so it should be interesting!
